Privacy Policy for STACK: Neon Tower
Last updated: 17 September 2026
STACK: Neon Tower (“the app”) is a game published by Vivek Parmar (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to information when you play it.
The short version: we do not collect, store, or receive any personal information about you. The app shows ads, and Google’s advertising service does collect some information in order to do that. The rest of this page explains both parts.
Information we collect
None. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no registration and no analytics. We operate no servers, so there is nowhere for your information to be sent to us and no database of players anywhere.
Information stored on your device
The app saves three numbers on your device so the game works between sessions:
- your best score
- how many games you have played
- how many games you have lost
These stay on your phone. They are never transmitted anywhere, they are not tied to your identity, and they are deleted when you uninstall the app.
Advertising
The app shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. To choose and measure ads, Google may collect and process information including:
- your device’s advertising ID
- your IP address, and approximate (country- or city-level) location derived from it
- device information such as model, operating system version and language
- whether an ad was shown, viewed or tapped
We never receive this information. It goes to Google, not to us, and we cannot identify any individual player from the aggregate reports we see.
Google’s handling of this data is governed by their own policies:
- How Google uses information from partner sites and apps
- Google Advertising policies
- Google Privacy Policy
Your choices about ads
Everyone. Your advertising ID is under your control. On Android, open Settings > Privacy > Ads (the exact path varies by manufacturer and Android version) to reset it, or to delete it entirely so apps can no longer use it for personalised advertising.
Europe, the UK and Switzerland. The first time you open the app, you are shown a consent form provided by Google’s User Messaging Platform, as required by GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive. You may decline personalised advertising; the game remains fully playable and will show non-personalised ads instead.
Rewarded ads. Watching an ad to continue a run is always optional. Declining costs you nothing, and the game never requires you to watch one.
Permissions the app requests
| Permission | Why |
|---|---|
INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE | To load ads. The game itself is fully playable offline. |
VIBRATE | Haptic feedback when blocks land. |
AD_ID and related advertising permissions | Required by Google Play services to serve ads. |
The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files, precise location, or any other sensitive permission.
Children
The app is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, please contact us and we will act on it.
Data retention and deletion
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored on your device. For information Google holds in connection with advertising, please use the Google links above.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address and the “Last updated” date above will change. Material changes will also be noted in the app’s Play Store listing.
